How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within Nairobi are delivered the same day or within 24 hours. Deliveries to Nairobi outskirts take 1 to 2 working days. Orders to other towns in Kenya take 2 to 4 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place an order, our team confirms it by phone or message. Your item is then prepared, packed, and scheduled for delivery. Once dispatched, you receive delivery details from the rider or courier. Payment and delivery are completed on arrival or as agreed during confirmation.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is sent to you after your order is confirmed and payment is completed. You receive it by email or WhatsApp. If you have an account on the Ekila Digitalhub website, you also view and download the receipt from your account orders page.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

Contact Ekila Digitalhub immediately after placing your order. Tell the team you need a gift receipt. The price is hidden and a short message is included if requested. The gift receipt is packed with the order or sent digitally before delivery.

How long do I have to return an order?

You have up to 7 days from the delivery date to return an order. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns are reviewed before approval and refund or exchange processing.
